TechBBQ Diversity strategi

TechBBQ er Skandinaviens største summit for tech-startup og innovation, og afholdes årligt i København. I 2019 ønskede holdet bag TechBBQ at sætte fokus på kønsdiversitet og på hvordan en mere mangfoldig tech-industri øger innovationskraften.

Sammen med TechBBQ udviklede Bureau M en forandringsteori for en diversitetsindsats. Bureau M hjalp med at identificere kort- og langsigtede mål, at kortlægge Bureau M hvor og hvordan summit’en implementerede delindsatsterne samt planlagde og eksekverede pressestrategi på indsatsen.

Strategien ”Diversity Gender Report 2019” samlede baggrund, målbeskrivelser og delindsatser, og blev lanceret op til summit’en. Find den her.

I 2019 var andelen af programmets kvindelige speakers, pitchers og founders 31 %. I 2022 var andelen steget til 42 %).
